Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, and limited campaign parameters. We use this information only to answer your request, manage course interest, and maintain relevant business records.

How submissions are processed

The website sends form submissions through its secure server layer to Mentack Panel. We do not expose database credentials in your browser. Anti-abuse checks may process your IP address and browser signals through Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled.

YouTube

Video embeds use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and are not loaded until you choose to play a video. At that point, YouTube may process device and usage information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Mentack Academy uses Google Analytics only after you allow analytics cookies. We use aggregated usage data to understand which lessons are useful and improve the learning experience. You can decline analytics and continue using every public lesson. Essential platform and security technologies may still be used to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
